Restrictions in South Australia will be eased from December 28, when 90 percent of the population 12 and above is expected to be fully vaccinated.
The government’s announcements today mean more freedom for those who are fully vaccinated and for businesses only accepting vaccinated patrons.
Capacity limits for home gatherings and seated venues will be removed and fully vaccinated people will be able to drink standing up and dance at nightclubs and pubs. Venues which are not fully seated – like theatres and cinemas – will have a 75 per cent capacity limit under the new restrictions.
