This 90s Spider-Armor looks great in live-action!
Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT In Marvel Comics, Spider-Man has more than a few costumes to choose from when swinging around the streets of New York City, with his 90s Spider-Armor MK1 being a design that not only kept Spidey safe from the super-powered criminals throwing everything at him including the kitchen sink but became a sort of fan-favorite look in the years since.
Posted on Instagram by James Davis , this talented creator has a 3D design company that focuses on “design, programming, printing, and painting,” all contributing to the creation of some truly stellar cosplay work that needs to be seen to be believed. Wearing costumes of other iconic heroes like Spider-Man 2099, Black Panther, and even a terrifying Zombie Iron Man suit, James also spends his time creating custom commissions for his followers, making sure to bring the same level of quality to these pieces as he does to his own designs, with this Spider-Armor being no exception.
Regardless of its short tenure as wearable apparel, James, in collaboration with a few other creative talents helping to make this armored look come to life, absolutely nails this one-and-done costume design that hasn’t been seen in comics in decades.
Spider-Man's MK1 Armor Returns in Cosplay Form So while it’s a bit of a bummer that Spider-Man’s MK1 armor hasn’t been seen all that often in comics, fans of the design can thank James Davis and fellow artists for creating a great live-action look that Marvel needs to take note of.
