Kerry Katona has opened up to OK! on her recent mental health struggles and revealed that she had a "severe panic attack". In her exclusive column, the 43 year old explained that she can't quite put her finger on why she's been feeling this way but also encourages anyone else in a similar situation to speak out.

This week I had a severe panic attack and I’ve been riddled with anxiety. One minute I’m fine and focusing on my wellness and affirmations, the next I’m struggling. It could be that I’m premenopausal, I’m not sure.
I don’t know JJ, but I did watch him on Married At First Sight UK and I thought he came across as a really nice guy. He didn’t like the person he was matched with, but you can’t really help that. I felt like he was honest and didn’t come across badly. Hopefully it works out for them. Ekin-who? The one thing keeping me going this week has been Celebrity Big Brother – I’m obsessed. But I really want Ekin-Su Cülcüloglu to be voted out, she’s playing such a game. I didn’t like her badmouthing OnlyFans. I do OnlyFans and I own it – for her to be acting like she’s too good for it is annoying me.
