council is culling two magpies after repeated swoopings of locals that has left them bleeding and injured.
Residents have suffered scratches, bruises, headaches, and serious cuts, with many saying they are swooped daily when they leave their homes.One person said they had multiple bleeding scratches on their head, and "I felt like a shoe hit my head and the pain lasted three days"."Do we have to wait until someone loses an eye to sort this out? If this was a dog it would have been put down by now.
"It was cleaned, tetanus shot and antibiotics required. Panadol for headache, heat pack for neck whiplash recommended," they wrote.There are also a similar number of attacks reported which did not result in injury.
