Kristian Radovanovic has been fined $35,000 for breaching COVID-19 restrictions during the latest lockdown.A warrant was almost issued for the teen's arrest after he failed to turn up to his sentencing today.A magistrate described the 19-year-old as "lazy, uncaring and irresponsible"."Mr Radovanovic did not care at all about the rest of the community," the magistrate said."In my view, that means breaches are serious breaches.
