Police arrest and question a number of youth over the death of a male teenager who they believe was fatally injured in a brawl near Keilor Downs railway station.
Police believe a teenager who died near a railway station in Melbourne's north-west overnight was attacked during a brawl between two groups of young people.
Paramedics tried to save the teenager's life after he was found injured near Keilor Plains train station at about 1:30am on Sunday, but he died at the scene."The circumstances surrounding the death are still being established however it is believed he was assaulted during an affray between two groups of youths in an area nearby shortly before he was found," the statement said.
Police have taped off the scene at Regan Street in St Albans and have begun doorknocking homes nearby.
