ASX-listed oncology company Telix Pharmaceuticals shares have gone into a trading halt as the group prepares to pitch investors for fresh funds.
The company’s brokers were seeking buyers for 22.7 million new shares at $7.70 a share, which was a 4.8 per cent discount to the last close, to raise $175 million.
Jefferies, Taylor Collison and Wilsons were on the ticket, according to terms sent to investors.The raising comes one week after Telix executives fronted global investors at the annual JPMorgan healthcare conference which is held every January.Sign up to the Street Talk First Look newsletter
