☀️ Three day heat alert begins today
A yellow heat-health warning is sweeping across seven regions of England, impacting on counties including Lincolnshire.
The regions included in the yellow alert are: London, South East, South West, East Midlands, West Midlands, East of England, Yorkshire and the Humber. Under the new Heat-Health Alerting system introduced by UKHSA and the Met Office, a yellow alert means any impacts include the increased use of health care services by vulnerable populations.
The warning includes the following ways in which you can keep yourself and others safe during periods of hot weather.
