They need to be spent before the end of the month
Tesco shoppers have been urged to use up their Clubcard vouchers before the end of the month. More than £11.5 million worth are due to expire after August 31.
The supermarket giant sends out vouchers in February, May, August and November. Clubcard holders get one point for every £1 spent on groceries - both in store and online.Clubcard holders who drive can also get points when they fill up at a Tesco forecourt. They currently get one point for every two litres of fuel they buy.
Shoppers need a minimum of 150 points to get a Clubcard voucher, which will be worth £1.50 to spend in Tesco. If people don't want to spend their vouchers in Tesco stores, it is possible to double the value of your points if you use them with a “Rewards Partner”. If shoppers have vouchers that are close to expiring, but don't want to spend them just yet, there is a trick to extend them. They can turn their coupons into Faster Vouchers and they will last 21 months from the date they are converted.
