Tesla Pushes FSD Beta 10.69 To 1,000 Testers, Announces $3K Price Hike via insideevs.com
Tesla has begun rolling out an early release of FSD Beta version 10.69 over the weekend to the first batch of testers and announced a significant price hike for the self-driving software option.
Tesla plans to release a wider v10.69.1 to about 10,000 more Beta testers later this week, with v10.69.2 to be pushed to all FSD Beta participants by September 5 when the price increase kicks in for new orders. - Added control for arbitrary low-speed moving volumes from Occupancy Network. This also enables finer control for more precise object shapes that cannot be easily represented by a cuboid primitive. This required predicting velocity at every 3D voxel. We may now control for slow-moving UFOs.
- Reduced false slowdowns near crosswalks. This was done with improved understanding of pedestrian and bicyclist intent based on their motion.
