A St Clair shopping centre has been left with extensive damage after being ram-raided by a group of men who stole cash and reading glasses. 7NEWS
Police were called to St Clair Shopping Centre on Bennett Rd in Sydney’s west, at about 4.30am on Saturday.
They said a group of men drove a stolen Toyota Rav 4 SUV into the front of the centre, smashing the glass and leaving significant damage.Cash and reading glasses were stolen from a tobacconist store, before the men fled the scene in the stolen car. “As inquiries continue police are urging anyone with CCTV footage or information about the incident to contact Nepean Police or Crime Stoppers,” a police spokesperson said.
