A Bay Area retail center could potentially become up to 172 residential units.

Plans filed with the city hope to turn the retail center at 865 Blossom Hill Road, currently home to a Scandinavian Designs furniture store, BevMo! and Party City, into 172 residential units, thereported. A preliminary application shows that the development would include 137 townhomes and 35 accessory dwelling units, or ADUs.
