Some This Morning fans claimed the hosts were being unfairly criticised, having picked up press passes so they could film inside for a segment set to air on Tuesday.Another asked: "You don’t know why they were allowed to do this, so why people are slagging them off is beyond me… & people saying they are never gonna watch #ThisMorning again… please of course they will.."
Someone else said: "Who’s ready to boycott This Morning from Tuesday? We can show OUR respect for what they did. IT'S OUTRAGEOUS. People queuing for +12HRS in the cold and rain and they can just jump the queue. Disgusting."The pair were slammed online for introducing paying for energy bills as a prize on the Spin to Win wheel.
