More than 60 per cent of NSW and ACT residents aged over 16 have received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
In the ACT, 60.7 per cent of eligible residents have rolled up their sleeves and been given their first dose, while in NSW the figure is 60.3 per cent.
"Nearly two-thirds of the total 6.03 million jabs given in NSW have been given by GPs, community pharmacists or in Commonwealth aged care facilities, compared to one-third in state vaccination hubs." The ACT also has the highest second dose percentage at 37.6 per cent, followed by Tasmania , Northern Territory , NSW , Victoria , South Australia , Queensland and Western Australia .
