A Queensland police officer and a man are in critical condition after a driver alleged to be fleeing a stabbing scene collided with a police van.
Police were responding to reports a man had stabbed his flatmate at Moon Street in South Caboolture before fleeing in a ute at around 2:45pm.

Try 1 month free now Queensland Ambulance service said one person was transported to Caboolture Hospital in a critical condition and three others were transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital.
A male senior constable who was driving the van suffered critical chest, leg and arm injuries, and is undergoing emergency surgery.
