A 16-year-old girl and two men aged 18 and 19 are charged and denied bail over the death of a 32-year-old after an alleged physical altercation at a home in Tregear.

Three teenagers have been charged over the death of a man in Sydney's west after an alleged physical altercation in a home.Police said a 32-year-old man was found unresponsive in a bedroom, having sustained injuries, and he could not be revived.

An 18-year-old and 19-year-old man, alongside a 16-year-old girl, were arrested and taken to Mount Druitt police station. The younger man was charged with murder, while the other teenagers were charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm .Both men will appear at Parramatta Bail Court and the girl will face a children's court.A crime scene has been established and inquiries are ongoing.
