Belzan on Smithdown Road has impressed diners since it opened in 2018, with an ever-changing menu featuring steak, sea trout and Sunday roasts. Despite its compact size, the bistro food and wine bar was named amongst the best new favourite restaurants by the Michelin Guide last February.
Announcing the nomination on its Instagram, Belzan said: “It's an incredible honour to be recognised among the top culinary establishments in the country . We couldn't have achieved this without the unwavering support of our guests.”
