Elysse Morgan, who was one of the most high-profile business journalists at the ABC, has joined Brett Himbury’s Stafford Capital.
One of the faces of the ABC’s business coverage, Elysse Morgan, will quit journalism to join Stafford Capital Partners to work with superannuation funds investing in forestry.
“Stafford is very committed to growing the business in Australia and Elysse will be central to those efforts.” “I want to be part of the solution to the climate change challenge and Stafford is one of the biggest investors in carbon-reducing forestry plantation on the planet,” she said.Stafford was established more than two decades ago, specialising in investment in forestry. The firm set up by Richard Bowley, Geoff Norman and Stephen White tapped Mr Himbury to be chairman in 2021.
