Victorian Liberal Party Leader Matthew Guy today reversed the party’s opposition to Victoria’s treaty negotiations. “It makes no sense – no nation can form a treaty with themselves. Either Indigenous people are Australians and Victorians, or they are not. I would say they are and therefore a treaty is an absurdity,” Mr Rozner told Sky News host Peta Credlin.“Which is the fact that for generations we have had our first Australians living in third world conditions in a first world country.”
