They are some of Australia's best young rodeo competitors. Now they have the chance to prove themselves on the world stage.

Brothers Ben and Jack Bode, from Biloela in central Queensland, will also be heading to the US next month with Rex to compete in their age categories."We grew up with [bull riding] and I thought that's what I wanted to do, so I kept on following it.The 18-year-old said he was preparing for the contest with practice at his home, as well as hitting the gym.

"[With gym training] it's a mixture of everything, but you try to work on your core, your hips, and balance. Just trying to get it all working together."
