“This was a man who was Ronald Reagan’s National Security Adviser, he was Chairman of the Joint Chiefs for George HW Bush and Secretary of State for George W Bush,” Mr Ware said. “He’s not alone, former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Martin Dempsey came out and said it’s very dangerous to do what Trump wanted to do. “Former Secretary of Defence Jim Mattis, a four star marine general, resigned a year ago from the Trump administration and he came out this week.
