Sky News host Rita Panahi says truth-telling is “remarkably selective”.

Ms Panahi’s remarks come after Indigenous Australian Minister Linda Burney warned Peter Dutton to not make the “same mistake again” – referring to the Opposition Leader’s boycott of the National Apology to the Stolen Generation.

Ms Burney, back in 2003, said in her maiden speech to the NSW parliament that for 10 years of her life, she, “like all Indigenous people at the time”, wasn’t a citizen and had existed under the Flora and Fauna Act of NSW – which was exposed as an “urban myth”.“’Truth-telling’ is remarkably selective … What else would you have us believe, Linda Burney?”
