Over 800 students graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage at the Alaska Airlines Center on Sunday.

The 7 Duo is the musical stylings of long-time partners Mike Miller and Michelle Eliza. Mike offers private music lessons throughout the country, as well as music video production and rock band classes for his students in Anchorage with M2 Music. Michelle is a radio DJ based in Anchorage, and can be heard Tuesday nights on KONR 106.1 and Saturdays on Kool 97.3.

As the two have played music together all over the State, they were inspired to write A Very Alaskan Christmas by their love for the Last Frontier. A Very Alaskan Christmas is an anthem dedicated to the obstacles Alaskans overcome, such as harsh weather or encounters with wildlife, and the beauty of the winter that reminds all of us why the 49th State is home.
