In text messages sent out to thousands of people four days after President Joe Biden’s disastrous debate against Donald Trump, the Biden-Harris campaign asked voters to join senior leadership for a call to “hear how we’re keeping the Joe-mentum going”.

This is not a one-off – it has happened several times and occurred again during his four-minute remarks on the Supreme Court decision when the instruction was, “say that again”. “In that campaign, part of what he did was to flood the zone and to do several interviews, unscripted appearances that demonstrated to the people of Pennsylvania that he was capable despite these medical issues.”
