New vape and smoke-free zones come into effect in Queensland today.
"Restricting smoking across more public places means fewer people will be exposed to second-hand smoke."It is illegal to smoke non-prescription vapes in Queensland.
The smoke-free zones come after the federal government cracked down on vaping in May, proposing a total importation ban on non-prescription vapes.
