"These numbers are low and that is in large part due to the amazing efforts regional Victorians have made," Premier Daniel Andrews said yesterday.
"What that shows us is that regional Victoria are close to be able to take perhaps not just one step but two."Victoria is now two days away from their two-week extension of stage four lockdown, which will see the city remain under strict COVID-19 restrictions until September 28.
