Victoria has recorded just one new case of coronavirus in the past day and authorities say that figure could turn out to be zero.
Victoria recorded one new COVID-19 case and no new deaths. The state's 14-day average is now 6.9.

The Health Department initially reported two new cases on Tuesday but later clarified that the second case, a person with a Victorian address, was a returned traveller quarantining interstate.
