The US House is preparing to vote on the impeachment of President Donald Trump on Wednesday morning.
The final hearing is underway in the House Committee, before the impeachment vote is due to be handed over to the House Democrats. The US House Judiciary Committee released its full report on the impeachment of President Trump, and accused him of betraying the nation for his own political gain.
The 650 page document formally laid out the groundwork for this week's vote, and claimed Mr Trump "demonstrated he will remain a threat to national security and the Constitution if he is allowed to remain in office". In the document, the panel also claimed by refusing to cooperate with the impeachment inquiry, he violated the constitution's system of checks and balances.
