An inquiry into the second wave has found a huge majority of cases stemmed from an outbreak at two Melbourne hotels. Dr Omar Khorshid, president of the Australian Medical Association and also a panelist on the program, said there was no evidence that the Black Lives Matter protest led to Melbourne's outbreak.
