"Because they played two nights before … we played in an air-conditioned stadium and they played in a non air-conditioned stadium and they were pretty taxed I felt, and I felt we really had a great chance to win that game."Asked about promotion and relegation, Arnold said he didn't see it as an option for Australia.

"AFL doesn't have it, rugby league doesn't have it, and it's a bit like America, where they don't have it either, and the MLS over there, they've gone up to about 28 teams.
