Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a systematic and proactive candidate with good administrative skills for the position of Admin Assistant. The duties of the Admin Assistant include account reconciliations, customer account query resolution, customer account payment follow-ups and replying to customer queries/questions in general.
The Admin Assistant is expected to display good interpersonal skills as they will interact with clients and colleagues from various departments and executive levels. They will be required to diagnose, comprehend, and resolve their duties independently. The candidate should ideally be bilingual .• General customer account queries• Processing of monthly invoices/billings• Collating outstanding customer accounts for cancellation and debt collection submission• Following up on the debt collection submissions• Speed changes and/or cancellation requests and the subsequent processing of theReconciliation of accounts including:• Reconciling creditor invoices/statements against our SystemsBasic to mid-level Excel usage experienceAn understanding of Internet and Internet Service Provider terminology is advantageousDesired Skills:
