A sleazoid, hyperactive politician, Pisasale was so old-school that investigations watched him spend an afternoon in a hotel on a Melbourne taxpayer-funded trip with a prostitute called “Jo Jo”, allegedly organised by a developer. When investigators raided his office and home and found two tablet bottles of an erectile dysfunction drug, he told them he had bought the knock-off Viagra from the street in China! They don’t make them like Pisasale any more.

“We intend to … stand up for all victims of sexual violence and for the residents of our community who do not want to honour someone responsible for one of the darkest chapters in our city’s history,” Harding and the councillors said.
