READ MORE:The Wiggles said they were "deeply disappointed" to hear about the way a council in WA had been using one of its songs.

"Wiggles music is created to bring joy and happiness to children and families around the world," they said. The council yesterday denied it turned the volume up to full capacity at its Graham Bricknell Memorial Music Shell - a public stage near the centre of the city.Bunbury mayor Jaysen Miguel toldHe said the playing of music was a passive way of discouraging people from gathering in an area and the council had been using it for the past six months.
