Wimbledon played Chelsea in the EFL Cup
AFC Wimbledon player Ryan McLean was blown away after managing to get his hands on two Chelsea stars’ shirts.The League Two outfit took a shock lead after 19 minutes thanks to James Tilley’s penalty.
However, goals from Noni Madueke and Enzo Fernandez sealed a 2-1 victory for the Premier League giants.McLean, 23, was working in IT recruitment two months prior to the EFL Cup clash, but was subbed on in the 89th minute at Stamford Bridge.Speaking about his experience of playing against Chelsea, McLean revealed he managed to get two Blues stars’ shirts.: “I got to Stamford Bridge, walked into our dressing room and our kit man suddenly handed me Raheem’s top.
