A woman has sadly died after a car crash in Leyland
Police were called to a report that an Audi A1 car had left the road, mounted a grass verge, and collided with a lamp post before colliding with a tree.
rescued the woman in her 30s from the damaged car. Sadly she suffered serious internal injuries that later proved fatal.spokesperson said: “Our thoughts are with the woman’s family and friends at this very sad time. “We are now appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage, and urgently want any witnesses to come forward.”
