The lawyer for an 18-year-old woman accused of leaking a sex video of NRL player Kotoni Staggs claims it wasn't her who distributed the recording.
McKenzie Lorraine Robinson appeared in court for the first time this morning charged with distributing a prohibited video recording between the June 14, 2020, and August 5, 2020, at Newstead, in Brisbane's inner-city, without Mr Staggs' consent. Ms Robinson's lawyer Jason Jacobson told media outside court: "It was not Ms Robinson that made this private video go public."There is an explanation as to how the video became public will be put to the court at a later date and that she regrets the impact it's caused to Mr Staggs."
