The billionaire founder of the software giant has apologised to shareholders, despite an external review of his conduct finding that he did nothing wrong.

An investigation commissioned by WiseTech Global into its founder’s conduct did not interview the former director who complained about being bullied by him before finding he had not done anything wrong.

The investigation by Seyfarth Shaw, a summary of which was shared with investors on Friday, did not speak to a former contractor who had made allegations about Richard White, and who the billionaire businessman had subsequently paid to drop her complaint.covers insolvency, courts, regulation, financial crime, cybercrime and corporate wrongdoing.
