Alice Springs Business Owner Darren Clark says the Northern Territory’s youth crime “has been ignited again” after his bakery was recently broken into for the 42nd time, costing him $3,000 worth of damage.

“The focus was on the alcohol here and all the politicians and all the media were kind of focusing on the alcohol,” Mr Clark told Sky News Australia.

“They forgot about the youth crime because the youth crime … has been going on for four and a half years.
