Independent MP Zali Steggall says she does not agree with Opposition leader Peter Dutton on the need for more detail concerning the Indigenous Voice to Parliament.
“The detail is worked out by parliaments and by governments and then by case law and precedents through the courts as different things get tested,” Ms Steggall told Sky News Australia.
“So I am satisfied that it’s a question of principle that we need to put to the Australian people in the referendum.”
