Jonathan Dick, 41, was Victoria’s most wanted man for more than two years after the alleged murder of his brother David at Westfield Doncaster in February 2017.

After several years, Mr Dick was arrested after a confrontation with former school friend David Cammarata in a car park near Hosier Lane on August 19.

Mr Dick has been charged with one count of murder over his brother’s death, and with the attempted murder of Mr Cammarata.Charge sheets show he has also been charged with stalking Mr Cammarata on August 19 by following him and loitering outside his workplace with the “intention of causing physical or mental harm to the victim, including self-harm, or of arousing apprehension or fear in the victim for his or her safety”.

With short hair and wearing a white t-shirt, Mr Dick sat quietly with his hands linked and listened intently throughout the proceedings.
