A post-dinner walk in a beautiful Adelaide Hills neighbourhood has left a mother-of-two with severe bruising to her legs.Meadows resident Jemma Hodge was lucky to walk away after the cement lid of an NBN pit she walked over gave way on January 15. Hodge sustained bruising to her legs in the fall. “It doesn’t look too bad, but it sure did hurt – I was very lucky,” she told 7 NEWS .com.au.“I’m walking away very shocked.

“Temporary safety measures have been put in place to protect the public, and permanent restoration works are scheduled to be completed as quickly as possible to ensure the area is fully secure. Protecting the health, safety and welfare of the community is a priority for NBN.
