Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has criticised his predecessor Scott Morrison for making light of the portfolio saga after he responded to several memes on Facebook - and even created one of his own.

The former prime minister was thrusted back into the spotlight this week when it was revealed he self-appointed five ministries during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
