abc.net.au/news/albanese-questioned-on-involvement-with-brittany-higgins-claim/102453872Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has been questioned over whether he planned with Brittany Higgins to pressure the Coalition over her allegation of rape inside Parliament House, which was never proven.Text exchanges reported in the media claim senior Labor MPs coordinated to further Brittany Higgins' case

Ms Plibersek has denied any involvement, and Senator Gallagher rejected the suggestion of her involvement on ABC Radio yesterday. The ABC has not seen the text message conversations, which came from material produced during the investigation of Bruce Lehrmann over Ms Higgins' claim. Asked at a press conference this morning whether he or other Labor MPs worked with the Higgins camp to further her case, Mr Albanese suggested he had not met with Ms Higgins privately.
