The Prime Minister will live in the Lodge in the nation's capital, as his predecessor Scott Morrison moves from Kirribilli House back to the Shire.
The Prime Minister said he planned to lead the country from the nation’s capital, revealing he had already moved his belongings into the 40-bedroom property located in the suburb of Deakin.However, it is unclear if Mr Albanese’s partner Jodie Haydon will be residing at the Lodge, with the Prime Minister describing the arrangements as"private".
The Prime Minister had been meeting government officials at his home in Marrickville, while he waited for his predecessor Scott Morrison to vacate the premises. On Friday, two bright orange Allied trucks were spotted transporting the family-of-four's belongings back to their home in Port Hacking in the Harbour City's south.
