Since its rebirth as an arts precinct at the turn of the century, New Farm’s Powerhouse has nourished the senses of Brisbane’s cultural connoisseurs.
Curator Lizzie Loel said chefs including Philip Johnson , Lyndon Tyers , Tuan Nguyen , Lek Senee and Patricio Sarno had been hand-picked to share their signature dishes, along with winemaker Dave Cush . Described as an “immersive” experience for foodies, Night Feast will draw some of its inspiration from a controversial Tasmanian festival.
