Brendan Rodgers insists he's isn't digging deep into a troubled start to the season at Lazio ahead of Celtic hosting the beleaguered Serie A side next week.
That has heaped pressure on Sarri but when asked by Celtic TV if he'd have the analysts digging through the Lazio playbook, Rodgers insisted there isn't much to gather from their stormy start. He said: "When I look at the manager and the squad, what I see is quality. Sometimes results can be that way.
Rodgers' men head into the weekend's Premiership clash at Motherwell ahead of the Lazio game, having won 3-0 with 10 men against Livingston on Saturday. The boss was impressed by the control his men had and it avoided one of his pet gripes.
