The 51-year-old was originally charged with rape and sexual assault over the October 2018 incident, but the rape charge was amended during the trial to one of sexual assault and he was discharged on the original sexual assault charge. During sentencing submissions last week, Judge Paul Smith said:"He then placed his fingers in his mouth and said he wanted to lick her."
