Fire Rescue Victoria said more than 30 firefighters battled the blaze, which was brought under control just after 2am.A resident living above the hair salon managed to evacuate and two children in a nearby residence were taken to hospital for observation. A crime scene has been established and police are investigating whether the incident is linked to other recent fires.
