Authorities say changing climate conditions are a factor in the increased intensity of fires as crews battle dangerous and destructive blazes.
A second Wheatbelt blaze near Narrogin was also downgraded overnight.
Department of Fire and Emergency Service Commissioner Darren Klemm said on Sunday four homes in the Denmark region had been lost in the fire, and another home had been damaged. Four other structures had also been razed. The bushfire in the Corrigin area tore through a vast area of farmland and torched at least one home.
