"We are working with WA Health to provide all contact registers and we are waiting on further instructions," they wrote.A spokesman for Perth Mess Hall on Francis Street in the city said the Health Department had contacted him and said staff and patrons needed to get tested for COVID-19 and isolate until they received a negative result.He said at the time there were about 400 people and 13 staff at the venue.
